CMDIS Open House and BBQ

You are invited to join the Center for Materials, Devices and Integrated Systems (CMDIS) staff for a facilities Open House on Wednesday, September 14th. The facilities are multi-user, shared instrumentation laboratories and provide support for fundamental materials research up through integrated systems engineering applications. 

During this event, you can visit the Micro and NanoFabrication Cleanroom (MNCR)Nanoscale Characterization Core (NCC) and Polymer Processing and/or Characterization Core (PPCC) to learn about instrumentation, fabrication and characterization techniques and requirements. 

There will be three stations: 

Micro and Nano Fabrication Clean Room (MNCR) – CII4159
Nanoscale Characterization Core (NCC) – MRC151
Polymer Processing and Characterization Core (PPCC) – MRC243b

with special feature:

Rigaku's XtaLAB SynergyS Dual Source Single Crystal Diffractometer - Cogswell320A (limited hours / availability)

At 4:00pm, we invite our faculty, researcher and present and incoming student members to CMDIS Open House BBQ at outside of Russell Sage Dining Hall (rain date: 09/16,Friday), please RSVP to Jennifer Tedesco (tedesco@rpi.edu) help us to determine the exact number for food order.
