The cMDIS Career Guidance Event will be held on Wednesday 4 April 2018, between 4:00pm-7:00pm, at the Heffner Alumni House. The event targets the post-doctoral students, researchers, visiting scholars and graduate students who think about applying academic positions. The panelists will discuss about job search and interview processes, funding resources, building a research group and teaching tips. If you are thinking about building a successful academic career but don’t know where to start, come and join the panel.
The event will start at 4:00pm with networking (coffee and refreshments), followed by a panel discussion (5:00pm-6:00pm) then continue with dinner (6:00pm-7:00pm).
